Barminco is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across its U.S. and Canada operations.

Based in Denver with a hybrid work model, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for mining, skilled trades, and corporate roles while traveling to project sites as needed. You will partner with hiring managers and HR, build talent pipelines, and leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools to fill high-volume roles.

Formación

• Minimum four years of dedicated recruitment experience, including independently managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Experience in mining, construction, skilled trades, or heavy industrial operations preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills, with experience supporting high-volume recruitment and hard-to-fill positions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and Microsoft Office, including Excel for recruitment tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with ADP and SuccessFactors preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing tools preferred.
• Experience recruiting in both the United States and Canada considered an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant HR coursework or professional certification considered an asset.
• Valid driver's license and passport, with the ability to travel within the United States and Canada.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, references, offers, and pre-employment requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand position requirements and priorities.
• Proactively identify candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated vacancies.
• Maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams and coordinate onboarding and mobilization.
• Attend career fairs and industry events to build relationships with schools and providers.
