Job summary

Sedgman is seeking a Study Manager, Mining in Phoenix, AZ to lead multi-disciplinary studies from concept through feasibility and into execution. You will manage client relationships, budgets, schedules and coordinate consultants across geology, environment, and other specialties.

The role bridges technical teams, business development and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables. US work eligibility is required; Sedgman offers growth in the global minerals space.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading studies from Concept to Feasibility.
• Experience coordinating large, multi-disciplinary teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and tenders to win and convert to execution.
• Develop and deliver robust studies within budget and schedule.
• Lead study teams and coordinate input from departments and consultants.
• Maintain professional client relationships and project communications.
• Support business development with technical inputs and advice.
• Develop value-based business cases and align with contracting models.
• Ensure standard documents and processes are used consistently.
• Handover studies to next phase (engineering/projects).
• Maintain CRM updates and document client feedback.
