Job summary

Carmeuse Lime & Stone Inc is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead all facets of the Davenport site. You will direct production, maintenance, and safety programs, and manage budgets while driving continuous improvement and ensuring MSHA compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, mining, or a related field, and at least five years of leadership in mining or heavy industry with strong cross-functional collaboration. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of five years in mining, heavy industrial operations, or related industry.
• Minimum of five years of management experience.
• Experience leading large operational teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and sustain a zero-injury culture at the site.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and MSHA regulations.
• Plan, allocate, and manage resources and budgets.
• Monitor environmental performance and regulatory compliance.
• Direct all site operations to meet production, maintenance, and quality objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement using MOC, RCA, and non-conformance management.
