Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a mining, heavy manufacturing, or construction-related safety environment required.
• Knowledgeable in safety practices and driving improvements to site safety policies.
• Must have 3 years mining experience to be eligible for MSHA train the trainer.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and conducts employee training programs across Florida and Georgia.
• Participate in site Process Safety Management team as the Training Element lead.
• Manage monthly safety meeting program for the site including maintaining compliance.
