Job summary

Bunker Hill Mining in Kellogg, Idaho, is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and oversee a broad portfolio of major construction and infrastructure projects as the operation moves from startup to full production.

You will lead the paste plant project through construction and commissioning, while driving asset management, startup, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational readiness and long-term reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in mining, mineral processing, or heavy industrial environments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction and mining infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience supporting startup, commissioning, and ramp-up of industrial operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute multiple construction and infrastructure projects with contractor oversight, schedules, budgets, and safety performance.
• Lead the paste plant project from construction through commissioning and support long-term reliability.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, environmental permits, and company policies.
• Coordinate with mine operations, processing, engineering, and maintenance teams to align project delivery with production objectives.
• Track project performance and provide regular status, risk, and financial reporting to senior leadership.
• Lead capital, startup, commissioning, and continuous improvement projects supporting operational readiness.
