Job summary

Jerritt Canyon invites a Manager, Business Performance to lead KPIs and performance reporting across mining, processing, maintenance, and technical services. You will partner with site leadership to align plans, resources, and targets.

You will develop executive dashboards, oversee capital projects, and mentor analysts, applying data-driven methods to improve productivity, costs, and margins.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in business performance and analytics.
• Experience in mining or natural resources industry.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and reporting of key business and operational performance indicators.
• Establish performance targets and scorecards aligned with objectives.
• Analyze production, productivity, costs, revenue, margins, and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating performance and actions.
