• Knowledge of mining equipment parts operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer parts requirements and inquiries.
• Provide timely information on availability, pricing, lead times, and shipments.
• Create and manage quotations, orders, and ERP transactions.
• Coordinate fulfillment through warehouses and suppliers.
• Track shipments and communicate exceptions.
• Support parts lists, stocking packages, and core movements.
• Ensure pricing and discounts are correctly applied.
• Maintain accurate ERP data and support forecasts.
• Suggest process improvements to order execution and customer support.
• Monitor performance metrics like on-time delivery and fill rate.
