Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a Mine Foreman certification. Strong leadership and reporting skills are essential for success in this supervisory position within our safety‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Mine Foreman certification required.
• Two to four years related mining or supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating procedures.
• Ability to draft routine reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee above ground and underground aggregates mining crew and operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DEP regulations.
• Supervise facility personnel and allocate resources.
• Maintain safety and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Quality Control to meet specifications.
