Qualifications

• Must show strong emphasis on planned/scheduled work practices.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, management, vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and assign crews to meet daily maintenance goals within Kinross Way for Maintenance.
• Supervise crew activities to ensure safe and efficient completion of tasks.
• Ensure availability of parts, tools, and equipment before job starts.
• Perform daily administrative duties including timecards, reports and safety meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and scheduling.
