Job summary

Ledcor Group is hiring for a hands‑on mining labor role in our Idaho site operations. You’ll join a crew, perform general labor tasks, and help keep production moving. No mining experience? We’ll train you and you’ll learn new skills while earning a steady paycheck and advancing your career.

Rotating 10–12 hour shifts, overtime after 40 hours, LOA as applicable, and health and retirement benefits are included. Emphasis on safety, teamwork, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Mining or heavy civil experience is an asset (not required).
• MSHA Part 48 certification preferred (we'll provide if needed).
• Basic MSHA knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support daily mining operations as part of a labor crew
• Carry out general labor tasks safely and efficiently
• Complete basic reports and required paperwork
• Work closely with your team to keep production moving
• Follow all company, client, and MSHA safety rules
• Take responsibility for your safety and your crew's
