Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking individuals to join our mining team at sites across Nevada and Idaho. This hands‑on, steady work offers a solid paycheck, training if needed, and long‑term career opportunities. No mining experience is required—training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability; show up ready to work.
• Team player with a safety‑first mindset.
• Mining or heavy civil experience is an asset (not required).
• Basic MSHA knowledge is helpful.
• MSHA Part 48 certification preferred (we'll provide if needed).
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Support daily mining operations as part of a labor crew.
• Carry out general labor tasks safely and efficiently.
• Complete basic reports and required paperwork.
• Work closely with your team to keep production moving.
• Follow all company, client, and MSHA safety rules.
• Take responsibility for your safety and your crew's.
