Ledcor Group is hiring for mining labor roles across our Nevada and Idaho sites. Join a hands-on team, with training provided, to build a long-term career in mining operations.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Team player with a safety-first mindset.
• Mining or heavy civil experience is an asset (not required).
• Basic MSHA knowledge is helpful.
• MSHA Part 48 certification preferred (we'll provide if needed).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Support daily mining operations as part of a labor crew.
• Carry out general labor tasks safely and efficiently.
• Complete basic reports and required paperwork.
• Work closely with your team to keep production moving.
• Follow all company, client, and MSHA safety rules.
• Take responsibility for your safety and your crew's.
