Ledcor's mining team is hiring for on-site labor positions across Nevada and Idaho. This hands-on role offers steady work, solid pay, and a path to a long-term career with training provided if you have no mining experience.

You'll perform general labor tasks, support daily operations, and complete required paperwork while adhering to safety rules. Overtime applies and benefits include health, wellness, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability; show up ready to work.
• Team player with a safety-first mindset.
• Mining or heavy civil experience is an asset but not required.
• Basic MSHA knowledge is helpful; MSHA Part 48 certification preferred (we'll provide if needed).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Support daily mining operations as part of a labor crew.
• Carry out general labor tasks safely and efficiently.
• Complete basic reports and required paperwork.
• Work closely with your team to keep production moving.
• Follow all company, client, and MSHA safety rules.
• Take responsibility for your safety and your crew's.
