Job summary

Ledcor's mining team across Nevada and Idaho is seeking hands-on labor crew members. You will join a site crew, perform general labor tasks safely, and support daily mining operations to keep production moving.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test (MSHA preferred training provided)
• MSHA Part 48 certification is preferred (we'll provide if needed)
• Mining or heavy civil experience is an asset (not required)
• Strong work ethic and reliability—show up ready to work
• Team player with a safety-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Support daily mining operations as part of a labor crew
• Carry out general labor tasks safely and efficiently
• Complete basic reports and required paperwork
• Work closely with your team to keep production moving
• Follow all company, client, and MSHA safety rules
• Take responsibility for your safety and your crew's
