Job summary

Central Nevada Gold Corp. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR and office administration for the Mule Canyon mine site and corporate office.

You will partner with leadership on recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance while establishing scalable HR processes for growth. The role also oversees administrative services, facilities, travel, and executive support, ensuring a safe, confidential, and efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR functions across recruitment, compensation, and compliance.
• Background supporting multiple HR activities in mining, construction, or heavy industry preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, and retention.
• Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and org development.
• Administer compensation, benefits, HRIS, payroll, and records.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, handbooks, and documentation.
• Coordinate training, leadership development, and mandatory compliance programs.
• Prepare HR metrics and support succession planning.
• Oversee site and corporate office administration and facilities.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, and executive support as needed.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performing workplace culture.
