Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior-level HS&T leadership experience in mining or heavy industry.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent designation preferred.
• Proven track record in designing and improving large-scale safety programs.

• Lead and develop high-performing safety teams.
• Implement standardized training programs across the site.
• Monitor safety trends and conduct risk assessments.
