Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Study Manager to lead front-end mining studies across a range of commodities. You will manage scope, budget and timelines while guiding multidisciplinary teams and engaging customers and regulators to deliver practical, high-value solutions.

The role centers on growing the MMM business and transitioning studies into execution, with emphasis on safety, sustainability, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining, Metallurgy or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in the Mining, Minerals and Metals industry.
• 8+ years of Engineering Services Project (ESP) experience.
• Experience leading front-end studies, prefeasibility and feasibility studies.
• Knowledge of NI 43-101 and SK-1300 reporting requirements.
• Experience with base metals, precious metals or energy transition minerals.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary study teams and manage complex delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead mining studies from OOM, conceptual and prefeasibility through feasibility stages.
• Manage study scope, budget, schedule and quality.
• Build strong partnerships with customers, regulators and stakeholders.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality study outcomes.
• Support development and improvement of study management processes.
