Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical, Chemical Engineering or related fields along with over 12 years of experience. Effective communication skills and leadership in managing projects are also essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of mining and minerals experience, including lead level.
• Experience in EPCM/Engineering Services and delivering process engineering.
• Knowledge of slurry pumping, flotation, and extraction operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, planning and coordination of complex engineering designs.
• Develop solutions to complex problems that require innovation.
• Lead discipline engineer on projects or studies.
