Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, excavators, graders, haul trucks, water trucks and utility equipment.
• Experience in mining, heavy civil, or construction environments is preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, excavators, haul trucks, water trucks and support/utility equipment.
• Support loading, hauling, and dumping operations to maintain production.
• Safely build and maintain roads and access in rough terrain.
• Load trucks efficiently and set up dumps to optimize cycle times.
• Complete pre-trip inspections and daily safety assessments.
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Communicate clearly with team members across the site.
