Job summary

Ledcor Group is hiring Equipment Operators for our mining teams in Nevada and Idaho. If you can run multiple pieces of equipment and take pride in safe, efficient work, this is your chance to join a solid crew and build a long-term career.

Operate a variety of heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, excavators, haul trucks, water trucks, and support/utility equipment, while maintaining safety and production standards on site.

Qualifications

• Experience operating dozers, loaders, excavators, graders, haul trucks, water trucks, and utility equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and MSHA Part 48 compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support loading, hauling, and dumping operations to keep production moving.
• Safely build and maintain roads in rough terrain and load trucks to optimize cycle times.
• Complete pre-trip inspections and daily safety checks; report maintenance needs.
• Communicate clearly with team members across the site.
