Lehigh Hanson Inc. in Duluth, GA, offers an internship at an aggregate plant and quarry. You will analyze operational data, support daily safety, quality, and productivity initiatives, and collaborate with site leaders on efficiency projects.

This internship provides hands-on experience with production equipment, outdoor work, and opportunities to learn from experienced operations professionals. You will prepare reports and recommendations based on project findings.

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and eagerness to learn industrial operations.

What Are We Looking For

Exposure to outdoor environments, varying weather conditions, production equipment, and active job sites.

Requires adherence to all safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
