Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Southeast Agg LLC in Raleigh, NC, offers an internship in Operations/Engineering focused on plant and quarry performance. You will support daily operations, analyze data, and collaborate with site leaders to drive safety, quality, and productivity.

Primarily based at an aggregate plant or quarry, you will prepare reports, participate in safety initiatives, and gain hands-on experience with production and maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Mining, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and an eagerness to learn industrial operations.
