Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking an intern to support daily plant and quarry operations, contributing to safety, quality, and productivity while gaining hands-on experience in industrial operations. Based at an aggregate plant or quarry, you will analyze data and assist with process improvements, reporting findings to site leaders.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Mining, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effective across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and an eagerness to learn industrial operations.
