Heidelberg Materials in Texas offers a hands-on internship in the Aggregates division, combining fieldwork with office tasks to support project initiatives under the guidance of experienced engineers.

The role targets current juniors or seniors pursuing Mining Engineering or Geology, emphasizing safety, teamwork, and practical exposure to quarry operations and production goals.

Qualifications

• Currently juniors and seniors pursuing a degree in Mining Engineering or Geology.
• Commitment and engagement through a high level of work ethic and utilization of abilities for the best of the company.
• Demonstrated openness to change, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
