Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related fields preferred.
• 8 to 12 years’ related experience in Contracts Management.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contracts to identify requirements, risks and deliverables and recommend mitigations.
• Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Guide project team to ensure consistent contract administration across packages.
• Identify and manage contract claims and resolution under changes provisions.
• Maintain relationships with project stakeholders to support contract administration.
• Provide analysis of contract commitments and payments positions to Project Manager.
