Job summary

Brunel is seeking a Contracts Administrator for a long-term contract located in Bagdad, Arizona. The role focuses on administering contracts from conception through execution and completion, reporting to the Manager Staffing Contracts and the Director Project Support Services.

Essential tasks include issuing Service Orders, reviewing contract requests, and resolving issues with internal and external parties.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or related fields (Business, Accounting, or Engineering).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 5 years’ experience if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews contract requests and issues Service Orders against project cost codes.
• Identifies issues and coordinates with internal/external parties for resolution.
• Supports post-contract administration as assigned.
