Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mining, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of experience in quality management within mining, heavy industry, or large-scale capital projects.
• Valid Idaho driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and document control systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) aligned with corporate and client standards.
• Lead quality audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely resolution and documentation.
• Coordinate source inspections, FAT/SAT, and supplier/contractor quality management.
• Identify quality risks and implement mitigation strategies across the project lifecycle.
