The role involves coordinating with operations and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery, while applying strong analytical and field‑based problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in mining, construction, heavy civil, industrial, or related environments.
• Experience with grading, drainage, earthworks, and site development projects strongly preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, in verbal and written contexts.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and support construction and maintenance of mine infrastructure, including haul roads, leach pads, drainage systems, stormwater controls, and site development projects.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, technical reports, scopes of work, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Environmental, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and field assessments to monitor project progress, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• Support mine planning and operational improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Assist with procurement support, contractor oversight, and project tracking/reporting
