Job summary

Rango is seeking a hands‑on EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives across mining, civil construction, and industrial services operations in West Texas. Qualifications

• 3+ years of Environmental Health & Safety experience within mining/industrial services environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company-wide environmental, health, and safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Establish and monitor EHS objectives, performance metrics, and initiatives to reduce incidents and environmental risks.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and project leadership to integrate EHS into daily activities and planning.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits to evaluate compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee MSHA training requirements, incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
