Job summary

Rango Inc. is seeking a hands-on EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives across mining and industrial services. You will develop programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a proactive safety culture on and off project sites.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in mining/industrial EHS, with MSHA Part 48 certification and strong field leadership skills. Travel to project sites is required, with Western Texas operations near El Paso.

Qualifications

3+ years of Environmental Health & Safety experience in mining/industrial services.
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred.
Current MSHA Part 48 Blue Card certification required.
Strong knowledge of MSHA Regulations (30 CFR) and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide EHS policies and programs.
Lead site inspections, audits, and incident investigations to drive improvement.
Coordinate MSHA training, Part 48 certifications, and required documentation.
Promote a proactive safety culture and field leadership engagement.
Provide hands-on EHS support across mining, civil construction, and industrial services.
