SpecialtyCare in Kendall, FL is expanding and seeks a Minimally Invasive Clinical Specialist I to join our OR support team. You will enroll in a multi‑stage training program with hands‑on learning from in‑person educators, training in a high‑class simulation OR, and mastering sterilization, packaging, and troubleshooting techniques – all of which is paid and expenses covered.

This role does NOT provide direct patient care, but you will support the laparoscopic and endoscopic teams by prepping

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• No prior experience required; healthcare training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical and technical support for laparoscopic and endoscopic surgeries.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain all minimally invasive equipment and video systems.
• Manage pre-operative setup and instrument knowledge for hospital procedures.
• Assist physicians and clinical staff to ensure preferences are met.
• Complete documentation forms and keep supplies stocked for cases.
