Job summary

SpecialtyCare is seeking a Minimally Invasive Clinical Specialist I to start and train in the Operating Room, supported by paid, all‑expenses‑covered multi‑stage training from in‑person educators in a high‑class simulation OR.

You will support laparoscopic and endoscopic teams, set up and troubleshoot equipment, prep instruments, and ensure supplies while adhering to SpecialtyCare values of Integrity, Care, Urgency and Improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• No experience required.
• Healthcare experience or training preferred.
• Must live within 30 minutes of contracted hospitals.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/nights/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical and technical support for laparoscopic and endoscopic surgeries.
• Set up, troubleshoot and maintain all minimally invasive equipment and video systems.
• Manage routine tower functions, pre‑operative setup, and instrumentation knowledge.
• Understand video components functionality and troubleshooting principles.
• Assist physicians and clinical staff to ensure preferences are met.
• Complete all documentation forms and keep supplies stocked.
