Job summary

Summa Health is seeking a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join our employed physician group in Akron, Ohio. The MIGS specialist will focus on pelvic health, including conditions like fibroids, endometriosis, and pelvic pain, without obstetric duties.

The role includes an academic appointment with Northeast Ohio Medical University and access to Epic EMR. The practice offers 3 in-office days and aims to build to 2 OR days, with 0.80–1.0 FTE, and a comprehensive benefits package including

• Completion of an MIGS Fellowship is required.

Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon

Summa Health is seeking a MIGS Specialist to join our employed physician group. We are currently considering surgical applicants. The surgeon should also have an interest in pelvic medicine. Our practice includes all aspects of pelvic health including but not limited to pelvic pain, fibroids, endometriosis, vulvar disease, colposcopy, trigger point injections, and minimally invasive surgery. The position does not include obstetrics.

The selected candidate will become a member of Summa Health Medical Group, a multi-specialty group practice of nearly 700 providers employed by the Summa Health System. Summa Health - headquartered in Akron, Ohio - is one of the largest integrated Healthcare Delivery Systems in the state. With 2 hospitals and 20+ health centers, Summa Health provides access to care throughout the region.
