Summa Health in Akron, Ohio, seeks a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join our employed physician group. The MIGS specialist will focus on pelvic medicine and minimally invasive surgery, with no obstetrics duties.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Completion of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Join Summa Health Medical Group with a large provider network.
• Provide MIGS and pelvic health services, excluding obstetrics.
• Contribute to medical student and resident education.
• Work within a multi-site system with comprehensive support (24/7 anesthesia, radiology, and women's subspecialty coverage).

Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon

Summa Health is seeking a MIGS Specialist to join our employed physician group. We are currently considering surgical applicants. The surgeon should also have an interest in pelvic medicine. Our practice includes all aspects of pelvic health including but not limited to pelvic pain, fibroids, endometriosis, vulvar disease, colposcopy, trigger point injections, and minimally invasive surgery. The position does not include obstetrics.

The selected candidate will become a member of Summa Health Medical Group, a multi-specialty group practice of nearly 700 providers employed by the Summa Health System. Summa Health - headquartered in Akron, Ohio - is one of the largest integrated Healthcare Delivery Systems in the state. With 2 hospitals and 20+ health centers, Summa Health provides access to care throughout the region.
