Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Collection in Telluride seeks an energetic Ice Rink Attendant to support a luxury guest experience in a full-time, seasonal, non-exempt role. The position also covers minibar service within guest rooms, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and outstanding hospitality.

You will stock and replenish private bars, track charges, and maintain minibar items and signage while delivering items promptly and courteously to guests.

Formación

• Experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position.

• Engage with guests to address needs and ensure high-quality service.
• Follow safe food handling procedures and uphold a safe work environment.

We are looking for an Ice Rink Attendant. The targeted compensation range for this full-time, seasonal, non-exempt position is $18.00 per/hr. The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge Resorts Collection.

Job Description

As a Minibar Attendant, you will be responsible for serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by ensuring the mini bar of each guest room is replenished with the utmost attention to detail and quality.

• Stock and replenish private bar items, and compute and relay guest charges accurately to Front Office
• Keep an accurate par of food items such as beverages and snacks, as well as non-food items like menu cards, napkins, straws, etc. on cart and in storage areas
• Clean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars; report damage, or malfunctioning units
• Check quality and expiration of all items; discard and replace according to established procedures.
• Deliver requested items in an efficient and timely manner.
• Relate with guests about needs, and satisfaction with the beverage and drinks, ensuring a consistently caring and high-quality service
• Use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by using proper skills and food safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred
