Job summary

Hilton in New Orleans, LA is seeking a friendly Mini Bar Attendant to stock and maintain mini-bars, process guest checks, and keep equipment clean and functioning. This part-time role supports our guest experience with timely service and attention to detail.

You’ll work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with benefits including medical/dental coverage, retirement plans and travel discounts as part of Hilton’s team.

Responsibilities

• Restock mini bars: Take inventory and replenish mini-bar items using handheld POS system while verifying product expiration dates
• Prepare guest checks with care: Accurately document and process guest checks for mini bar usage to ensure proper billing
• Keep equipment running smoothly: Perform regular checks to confirm mini bars are functioning properly and report/address any operational issues
• Maintain cleanliness: Clean and organize mini bars to ensure guest satisfaction
