ADP, Inc. is seeking a Construction Laborer to support mine site activities. You will assist skilled trades, prepare and clean work areas, load and unload materials, and operate basic tools to keep projects safe and moving.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required.

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and job site safety practices preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with site preparation, and cleanup activities.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment as trained.
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact earth.
• Erect and dismantle temporary structures, scaffolding, and barricades.
• Remove debris and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow project plans, instructions, and safety procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
• Report safety hazards, incidents, or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Attend safety meetings and comply with all company safety policies and MSHA/OSHA regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
