Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Loader Operator to safely load and unload materials using heavy equipment on construction and logistics sites.

You will work with the site team to coordinate vehicle movement, perform routine equipment inspections, and ensure compliance with safety standards to maintain smooth workflow. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid heavy machinery license, and prior loader experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid operator's license and certification for heavy machinery operation.
• Experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery, including front-end loaders, to load and unload vehicles safely.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate movement of vehicles from dismantle to yard.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Document daily activities, including equipment usage and any incidents, to ensure compliance and accountability.
