Qualifications

• Previous construction experience preferred but not required — training available.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, concrete finishers, steel workers, etc.) as needed on job sites.
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform general site cleanup and debris removal.
• Prepare work areas by setting up barricades, staging materials, or assisting with layouts.
• Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
• Follow directions from site supervisors and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Perform other construction-related duties as assigned.
