AECOM is seeking a Mine Remediation Lead to be based out of the western United States (AZ, CA, CO, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT). This full-time role will build and lead a Mine remediation group, supporting business development and project execution while growing a dedicated practice.

The ideal candidate brings major project delivery experience, leadership skills, and strong CERCLA/RCRA knowledge to mentor staff and deliver compliant remedial plans with safety at the forefront.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science with 10+ years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership.
• US Citizenship is required due to the nature of work.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement mine remediation solutions meeting regulatory requirements.
• Identify growth opportunities and expand the mine remediation practice.
• Lead diverse technical teams across multiple disciplines to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Provide technical reviews and regulatory submissions for studies and closure plans.
• Engage in business development and client relationship management.
