Job summary
Crucible ETN in East Tennessee seeks a Reliability Engineer to support the East Tennessee Mines operations. You will lead equipment performance reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and shape maintenance strategies to drive reliability and safety.
This role requires experience in structural/mechanical engineering, CAD tooling, and knowledge of hoists and crushers. You''ll collaborate with process teams, develop R&M budgeting techniques, and help implement a robust maintenance planning
Qualifications
- Experience in structural and mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and drafting.
- Knowledge of hoists and crushers is advantageous.
- Ability to set up historical data bases from drawings/literature.
- Professional certification (PE) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead equipment performance reviews and identify reliability improvements.
- Oversee root-cause analysis of failures and preventative actions.
- Monitor performance reports and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and RP budgets.
- Lead maintenance planning improvements and RM budgeting techniques.
- Coordinate training on RCA and reliability best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety and ethical standards.
- Benchmark equipment performance and drive continuous improvement.
