Job summary

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling maintenance, coordinating with dispatch and plant personnel, and maintaining documentation. Occasional travel and long hours are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience helps.
• 4+ years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and safety mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance activities, including underground and surface mine maintenance, plant operations, and servicing all equipment.
• Collaborate with management on preventive maintenance for plant and mobile equipment.
• Lead and develop the hourly maintenance workforce.
• Ensure compliance with Company, Local, State and Federal rules and regulations.
• Drive operations toward production, safety, and environmental objectives and metrics.
• Plan and schedule maintenance to meet safety and production expectations; create and close work orders within 24 hours.
• Perform incidental and related duties as required and maintain documentation using Microsoft Office, JDE and other software.
• Other duties as assigned.
