Martin Marietta is seeking a Foreman for the underground Weeping Water Mine in Nebraska. The role will oversee safety, production, and personnel duties, ensuring alignment with company programs and governmental regulations.

The successful candidate will manage a hourly workforce, drive performance, and maintain compliance with environment and safety standards while supporting the plant’s operations in a demanding mine setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in aggregate operations.
• Minimum 1-year supervisory experience in a mining environment preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office programs.
