Job summary

Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. seeks a Plant Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance across underground and surface mine operations near Weeping Water, Nebraska. You will train and schedule hourly staff, coordinate PdM and PM activities, and ensure safety and production targets are met.

Responsibilities include planning maintenance work, generating work orders, maintaining documentation, and driving improvements to minimize downtime. Travel and long hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance activities, underground and surface mine maintenance, plant operations, and servicing all equipment.
• Lead and develop the hourly maintenance workforce.
• Plan and schedule maintenance to meet safety and production goals; create and close work orders within 24 hours.
