Amrize is seeking a Mine Planning Manager to lead mine, geological, and strategic planning for US aggregates operations. You will build 3D geologic models, develop short- to long-term mine plans, and collaborate with stakeholders on reserve replacement, land and survey requirements, and mine plan execution.

The role requires 5–10 years in mining engineering management, strong technical skills in 3D software (Carlson/Maptek), and a strong safety culture. Travel 30%–50% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mine Engineering, Geologic Engineering, Geology, or related field.
• Professional engineering or geology certification/license preferred; MSHA training is a plus.
• Experience with 3D mining software (Carlson and Maptek) required.
• 5–10 years managing engineering technical services in mining with supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Mine planning and 3D geologic model development.
• Life-of-mine planning and stripping programs.
• Assist with greenfield and new site development.
• Design and manage drill programs.
• Enhance quarry safety for site configuration and geotechnical safety.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on reserve replacement and mine plan execution.
