Amrize is seeking a Mine Planning Manager - MI to support aggregates operations in the US Markets. You will construct and maintain 3D geological models, lead life-of-mine planning, and coordinate with stakeholders on reserve replacement, land surveys, and mine plan execution.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mine Engineering or Geology, 5–10 years of relevant experience, and a professional certification.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mine Engineering, Geologic Engineering, Geology, or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in managing engineering services in mining.
• Professional engineering or geology certification/license preferred; MSHA training is a plus.
• Experience with 3D mining software Carlson and Maptek.
• Travel 30% to 50% between regions for fieldwork.

Mansioni

• Construct and maintain 3D geologic models of sand & gravel sites and crushed stone quarries.
• Lead short-, mid-, and long-term mine planning including life-of-mine plans.
• Assist with greenfield site development and drill program design.
• Enhance quarry safety and geotechnical safety measures.
• Communicate mine plans and reclamation plans to operations and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with management, environment, land, and external consultants.
• Support proposal development and technical evaluation for mining opportunities.
• Lead periodic mine plan reviews with stakeholders.
