Responsibilities

• Monitor and control safe and efficient operation of assigned work unit.
• Supervise and review staff performance; adjust workload as needed.
• Implement production plans according to schedule.
• Participate in daily operational tasks as required.
• Inspect work in progress and address issues.
• Conduct performance evaluations of subordinates.
• Estimate staffing, materials, and equipment needs for projects.
• Maintain inventory and requisition tools and supplies.
• Train staff in safety procedures and ensure SDS are up to date.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
