Job summary

P&C Recruiting | H.R. is seeking a Maintenance Planner to develop daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for maintenance activities supporting mine production goals.

You will promote the Maintenance Work Management Process, build accurate plans and work scopes, and coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure timely execution while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Planning or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CMRP certification preferred and valuable for progression.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in heavy industry is expected.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote the mine Maintenance Work Management Process.
• Develop and implement resource-levelled schedules for maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of work orders.
• Monitor KPIs and costs; report leading and lagging indicators as required.
• Maintain and update CMMS data and IFS master data for accuracy.
