Job summary

Gold Fields is seeking a Planner & Scheduler to drive safe, reliable maintenance across Fixed Plant operations. You will plan, schedule, and resource maintenance work, maintain SAP master data, and ensure tasks align with the Work Management Process to protect asset integrity and production continuity.

You’ll develop weekly maintenance plans, lead discussions, and collaborate with site teams to implement improvements while upholding safety and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Mining/resources experience and fixed plant exposure.
• Recognised trade or technical/tertiary qualification.
• Strong MS Office skills and SAP for planning.
• Commitment to safe work practices and risk-aware planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality job plans and weekly schedules.
• Lead planning discussions and governance.
• Maintain accurate work orders, lists and equipment history.
• Collaborate with onsite stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Ensure plans reflect maintenance strategies and support KPI analysis.
• Model Gold Fields' safety values and safe work practices.
