Job summary

Centerra Gold Inc. is seeking a Mine Maintenance Clerk at the Thompson Creek Mine in Idaho. This role provides a full range of administrative support to the Mine Maintenance department and helps keep maintenance operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of clerical experience, solid typing speed, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook; SAP experience is a plus. You'll work in a team-focused environment with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of general clerical experience.
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various office machines, work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• MS Word, Excel, Outlook (Word required).

Responsibilities

• Enter maintenance information into the mine database system.
• Assist with tire and truck bed liner inventory.
• Assist maintenance planner with organizing part deliveries and work orders.
• Update the component changeout spreadsheet and communicate updates.
• Schedule maintenance meetings and trainings for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and process documentation for maintenance scheduling.
• Serve as backup to Maintenance database system administrator.
• Other duties as assigned.
